Ambassadors speak for service work in public. They mentor people entering the trade, talk about what the job actually involves at conferences and on podcasts, and help the community reach people who have never considered a career in field service or technical support.

Each profile lists where that person works, what they focus on, and how to reach them. Anyone in the community can put someone forward.
