Members at large are the practitioners: technicians, support engineers, knowledge managers, dispatchers and the leaders who run those teams. They join to compare notes on the same problems — escalations, parts, knowledge that lives in people’s heads.

A profile makes someone reachable to the rest of the community. Membership is free and open to anyone working in service.
