To support delivery of our services, Ascendo AI may engage and use service providers with access to certain Personal Data (a "Subprocessor"). This page provides information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use or superseding written agreement (the "Agreement").
Third Parties
Ascendo Companies currently use third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, system security and monitoring, and to help us provide customer support. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Ascendo Companies perform diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and execute an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Any of the individual Ascendo Companies may use and rely on any other individual Ascendo Company as a Subprocessor to deliver some or all of the services provided to a Consumer.
Updates
As our businesses grow and evolve, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will provide notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement including posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
