Promotional Offer Summary: $50,000 Annual Subscription, Price Locked for up to 3 Years
1. Eligibility & Registration
To qualify for the Ascendo AI Company Brain Special Offer (the "Offer"), you must submit this form and be approved for onboarding.
- Registration window: open from the start of the Service Council Executive Symposium (September 14, 2026) through the 90 calendar days that follow the end of the Symposium (September 16, 2026).
- A valid, signed agreement must be received by Ascendo AI within ninety (90) calendar days of the end of the Symposium, no later than December 15, 2026.
- If a signed agreement is not received by that date, this Offer is void and standard pricing applies.
2. Scope of Software & Services
This Offer applies exclusively to the Ascendo AI Company Brain product.
- Included: standard setup and data integration (SharePoint, Google Cloud, downloadable files), and standard system reporting with out-of-the-box dashboards.
- Scalability: unlimited users and unlimited locations, applicable to any size organization.
- Standard API integrations (e.g. Salesforce, SAP FSM) include a one-time fee of $1,000. Custom integrations with your ERP, CRM, or CMMS will include additional fees.
3. Exclusions & Supplemental Costs
The following are not included in the Offer and may require additional licensing or service fees: additional agents, PII Redaction, premium support beyond the included three (3) months, and on-site support.
4. Contractual Period
The guaranteed rate of $50,000 per year is available for a 1, 2, or 3 year contract, at the customer’s choice.
- Rates are locked for the duration of the initial term, provided the account remains in good standing.
- Ascendo AI reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline any request at its discretion.
- This page is a summary of terms; final implementation and service levels will be governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed upon receipt of a signed agreement.
